C. Lynn & Sons Landscaping is a family-owned and operated business proudly serving Delaware County and the surrounding areas. What started with one truck, a single mower, and a strong work ethic has grown into a trusted, full-service landscaping company built on integrity, quality, and community.
Founded by Chris Lynn—a local father, grandfather, and long-time resident—our company was born from a simple goal: to provide dependable, high-quality landscaping services while building real relationships with our clients. Over more than a decade, Chris has built a reputation for showing up, doing the job right, and treating every property like it’s his own.
Alongside him is co-owner Gowri Daswani, who brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, property management, and hospitality across major markets like Miami, New York City, and Philadelphia. Her operational leadership ensures every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and with unmatched attention to detail.

One-time or recurring services to keep your lawn healthy, trimmed, and under control.
Lawn Mowing
One-time, weekly or bi-weekly mowing, trimming edges, and basic cleanup of clippings for residential and commercial lawns.
Weeding
Manually removing weeds from flower beds, garden areas, cracks in hard surfaces, and other landscaped spaces to prevent overgrowth.
Mulching
Delivering mulch (standard or premium options), prepping beds, and spreading mulch evenly around plants, trees, and walkways.
Gutter Cleaning
Hand-removing leaves, twigs, and debris from gutters and downspouts, followed by a rinse test to ensure proper drainage.
Landscape Design & Enhancements
Upgrades and installs to improve the look and structure of your outdoor space.
Flower Bed Installation
Preparing soil, planting flowers or shrubs, installing borders (if needed), and providing regular upkeep including deadheading and weeding.
Slate & Rock Installation
Delivering and placing slate or decorative stone in landscape beds, walkways, or patios — includes prepping the area for proper drainage and finish.
Hardscaping (Paver Resetting)
Lifting, cleaning, and re-leveling sunken or shifted pavers to restore walkways, patios, or borders.
Property Cleanup
Services that clear, clean, or refresh your property’s condition.
Junk Hauling / Trash & Debris Removal
Loading and hauling away unwanted items such as yard debris, broken furniture, construction materials, or appliances — includes proper disposal.
Pressure Washing
Using professional-grade equipment to clean surfaces like fences, patios, driveways, siding, and retaining walls — removing dirt, algae, and buildup.
Appliance Breakdown
Disassembling and removing heavy or large appliances (fridges, washers, etc.) from properties and disposing of them appropriately.
Tree Stump Removal
Grinding down old stumps below ground level and clearing remaining debris to allow for replanting or regrading.
Seasonal Services
Limited-time services available throughout the year.
Light Installation
Installing holiday lights and decorations on rooftops, railings, bushes, etc. (can add scheduled takedown if requested).
